RRP County Manager- FT-Dorchester County

POSITION SUMMARY: These positions manage the day-to-day Rehabilitation or Residential Rehabilitation programming and service delivery in a designated county, including supervision of direct care staff and interns. The two managers lead their staff to come together as a cohesive team to meet the service needs of the consumers they jointly serve. Responsibilities include implementing policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation standards as well as supporting and monitoring Program Performance Outcomes and other quality assurance measures and activities. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: AA or BA in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
